Spa Days

Find our roundup of some of the lovely places you can do when you feel in the need for a pick me up or a treat.

Spa Days

One of the loveliest benefits about living in Cornwall is the fact that you are never too far away from some cracking hotels with superb Spa facilities. Some of with the most fantastic views of the coast as well - which is always a bonus.

Here’s a little round up - and on the right hand side, you’ll find a blog post from the archive.

St Michaels Hotel has not one, but two Spas. If you’re feeling in the mood for a bit of exercise first, then choose the Health Club, but if it’s bone soothing relaxation you’re after, then the brand new Spa is just for you.

Bedruthan Hotel overlooks the rugged North Coast and must have one of the most sought after views in Cornwall. It’s jacuzzi has to be seen to be believed - it’s huge and there’s a sun terrace for chilling out and a sensory garden for that extra relaxation time.

The Cornwall Hotel and Spa

St Austell

Cornwall Hotel and Clearing Spa is set in the countryside just outside St Austell - read our review opposite and then book a day just for you to unwind and chill out.

The Scarlet Hotel is right next to Bedruthan and is an adult only space. You can swim in a natural pool which overlooks the beach, enjoy a Rhassoul treatment and even book a slot in the hot tub, complete with a glass of fizz.

The Headland Hotel in Newquay is right next to Fistral Beach and is found in the basement which has been transformed into a light and airy space. Everything you want is here, from pool, sauna, places to relax, treatments and a superb menu so you can stay in your robe all day long.

Watergate Bay Swim Club is one of our favourites - the perfect combination of great views, a superb pool and somewhere to watch the sun go down.
